Clinical Supervision

What supervision with me looks like:
I offer reflective and supportive supervision for counsellors in training as well as qualified therapists.
My aim is to create a collaborative space where you can think openly about your clinical work, explore challenges and uncertainties, and continue developing confidence in your practice.
Supervision with me is intended to support both your professional development and your wellbeing as a therapist.
Together we can reflect on client work, ethical questions, relational dynamics and the impact the work has on you.
I have over 17 years’ experience working in the mental health field, including roles in schools, further education and university settings, as well as work within a forensic environment. I have been in private practice for nearly 10 years and have several years’ experience supervising both trainee and qualified counsellors.
My approach to supervision is grounded in curiosity, collaboration and respect for the complexity of therapeutic work.
I aim to create a space where supervisees feel able to explore their work honestly and thoughtfully while developing their clinical judgement and professional identity.
I am committed to anti-oppressive and culturally competent practice, and I welcome supervisees from all backgrounds.
I believe that our identities and wider social contexts inevitably shape both our therapeutic work and our supervision conversations, and I aim to hold space for these reflections within the supervisory relationship.
I welcome enquiries from counsellors in training who require supervision for placement, as well as qualified therapists seeking ongoing professional support.
Supervision is charged at £80 per hour.
